E-Posters will be available for viewing throughout the Meeting from October 29 – October 31, 2016 (during exhibition hours only)- There is no specific E-Poster Session or presentation for people with accepted E-Posters.
There is no specific e-poster session but you are welcome to stand at the E-poster stations during the coffee and lunch breaks.
There will be an E-Poster Helpdesk in the Exhibition Area for any assistance that you require.
After you have received your acceptance letter, submitting authors will be contacted by the E-Poster Company with a unique log in code to log into their system and upload your E-Poster.
** Please note e-mails will go to the submitting author of the abstract

Please hand in your poster as a 1-page PDF-file in portrait orientation. Please read the following technical requirements:
Fileformat: PDF
In Pixel: 1080 width x 1536 height (portrait orientation)
In cm: 38,1 width x 54,2 height (portrait orientation)
Fontsize: 16
If you want to add a video to your poster please consider the following technical requirements:
Fileformat: .pptx
Videoformats: .mp4, .mpg, .mov, .avi
Max. filesize: 40 MB
Max amount: 3 videos
Sound: not supported
Please be aware that only PowerPoint-files with the ending .pptx will work if you want to include videos into your poster!
General information about the used poster system:
To easily create your poster we recommend you to use the provided templates. These templates already have the right dimensions. Download link:

To upload your poster please follow the next steps:
1. Create your poster with one of the provided templates
2. Export your poster as a PDF-file
• File > Save as > PDF-file
3. Click on the link in your invitation email
4. Register to our system
5. Upload your poster
